Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations require a 24 hour notice prior to your appointment. You will be charged 100% of your appointment cost, due to late notice, our stylists are unable to fill the time slot.

New Client Chemical Services will require a deposit to book an appointment.

No Shows will be charged 100% of their appointment cost.
